I’ve partnered with Live Streaming company runtheworld.today to bring you 45 minutes of Children’s Music

Great news! I’ve partnered with online event platform Run The World to bring you a new live streaming event: Children’s Songs on Mother’s Day! Run The World recently reached out to me about my weekly live streaming events and we decided to put together a special Mother’s Day event to celebrate all of you lovely moms out there. I’ll be performing 45 minutes of kids songs this Sunday, May 10th at Noon, followed by a quick Q&A session.

As you may have noticed, I’ve been trying out a bunch of different ways to live stream lately. IG Live doesn’t work well for people with kids because you can’t cast it to the TV and most parents don’t want their phones in itty bitty hands. Facebook is divisive. Zoom doesn’t manage audio for musicians super well. I’ve been told that Run The World is designed for creators likes me and even allows multiple musicians to perform together at once. So I’m greatly looking forward to testing it out and seeing if it works for my events!

The event is free and, as usual for any performance I’m doing during Shelter In Place times, any tips sent to me virtually will be donated to two local non-profits which provide safe and stable environments for kids in my underserved neighborhood of SF: Boys & Girls Club of Visitacion Valley and Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K.)!
