Tawnee Kendall

Tawnee Kendall is a Nashville-style Folk artist born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Brought up on Country greats like Patsy Cline, Loretta Lynn, and Hank Williams, Tawnee channels these classics through her powerful voice, emotional storytelling, and dynamic live performances. She has been performing since she was four and writing original music for over two decades. Tawnee has released four studio albums (Whale Fall, Release The Ghost, Still Taste It featuring The Hangover Brigade, and In Between Spaces) as well as cover album entitled Feel Good, released during the start of the pandemic shut-down. Tawnee has performed internationally and at beloved Bay Area venues such as Shoreline Amphitheater, Bottom of the Hill, and Cafe du Nord. She is the co-creator of Homophonic, a showcase of Queer singer-songwriters, which has been on-going since 2010 at Martuni’s in San Francisco.

Tawnee Kendall is available for hire for private gigs, weddings, and corporate events. She is equipped to perform virtually through YouTube, Zoom, and other streaming platforms.

Kendall’s fourth studio album continues the journey in richly emotional, irresistibly melodic songwriting.
